Learn how to retrieve your account email and set up individual accounts for siblings in the same program.
How can I retrieve my account email?
Please use the email address you provided in the onboarding survey. Double-check that the email is typed correctly. If you can't remember it, submit a support ticket at here, and include the payment email address for further assistance.
Can siblings share an account for the same program/bootcamp?
Each student needs their own individual account. If multiple siblings from one household are enrolled in the same program/bootcamp, please submit a support ticket here with the payment email, as well as each student's name and email. We’ll set up separate accounts for each sibling.
