Can I join the course anytime?

Yes, you can enroll in the 12-week program at any time, as it runs on a rolling admission basis.

How do I schedule my classes?

Relevant policies

Attendance Policy:

  • Regular attendance is key to success. If you know your child needs to miss a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to notify the coach of the student’s absence, demonstrating respect for their time.
  • If a coach ever needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they are also required to provide at least 24 hours' notice.

On-Time Policy:

Students are required to show up to their scheduled meetings on time. Coaches will wait online for 10 minutes before logging off. After this point, the session is deemed a “no-show” and is not eligible for make-ups.

Make-up Sessions:

  • Make-up sessions are only available when the Letterly team is notified at least 24 hours in advance of a student’s absence.
  • Make-up sessions will show up on a student’s calendar on portal.letterly.io with the label “Make-up for [Class Date].”
  • Any student that does not notify the Letterly team with at least 24 hours notice, or simply does not show up to the session, is deemed a “no-show.” There are no make-up sessions for “no-show” incidents.

Late Submissions:

  • Students are required to submit their weekly assignments at least 48 hours before their next scheduled session with their coach.
  • Submissions made after the deadline are not guaranteed feedback.
  • For example:
    • Ally met with her coach on Wednesday at 5pm. She has until Monday at 5pm to submit her assignment from that class. This gives the coach 48 hours to review the assignment before seeing Ally on Wednesday again.

Refunds:

  • Families are eligible for a full refund after the complimentary diagnostic meeting before beginning 1:1 meetings.
  • Once a student’s course start date passes, refunds are prorated as a percentage of time passed throughout the 12-week program, not the number of sessions attended or assignments submitted.
