How do I know if the coach's writing style matches my child?
Like in a school setting, a coach may not know a student’s preferences immediately. However, they take time in the first week to understand each student’s unique writing style through initial assignments and interactions. This approach helps them tailor feedback to fit the student’s style and goals.
Coach backgrounds
For all other courses, we employ a remarkable team of editors with extensive backgrounds in writing, journalism, and publication. Nearly all of our editors are graduates of elite universities, many with graduate degrees. We also employ accredited educational specialists, reading specialists, and several award-winning authors. Our coaches are credentialed by top U.S. institutions, with 70% coming from Ivy League schools and the remainder from leading liberal arts colleges. Each coach undergoes rigorous written and interview testing, as well as intensive training, to ensure they are highly skilled and readily prepared to work with our students.
