What if I want to switch my coach?
If you’d like to request a new coach, please submit a ticket here and include your specific concerns. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I choose my coach?
Coaches are assigned to each student to provide continuity and to accurately measure the student’s progress throughout the program. As a result, we don’t offer the option to choose your own coach.
Can I have the same coach as my friends for The Journal Bootcamp?
The system will randomly assign you to a coach. Because of this randomized process, you and your friends may end up with different coaches.
How many students does each coach manage?
The number of students per coach depends on coach availability, especially during the summer vacations.
